Artist Yoon Taeseong, who creates works by combining blowing technology, is an artist who has been steadily working for about 24 years in craft with glass. He runs a studio in Gyeonggi-do with his wife, artist Eom Joowon.
He gets inspiration from visible things and pursues the beauty of their appearance. Working on tableware and objects at the same time, he naturally crosses the boundary between everyday life and art. He always struggles to bring out the unique characteristics of glass by utilizing various effects such as air bubbles, silver foil, gold foil, and colors. The efforts to achieve harmony between formality and non-regularity are contained in the works of artist Yoon Taeseong.
