<Shell Series> : This is the first series by Jo Soo-kyung, with sea themes and shell motifs. By squeezing slips drop by drop onto the casting equipment pulled out through slip casting, the signature effect is the ‘slip drop technique’ that gives tactile and visual fun to the work. This is a decoration technique that was conceived and completed in the form of waves foam and pearls while researching a design that can bring out the feeling of the sea and shell motif, the theme of the ‘Shell Series’. In addition, the glaze effect (pearl color), which is expressed by applying the glaze layer by layer with a brush, gives a unique, natural and deep expression, giving an aesthetic feeling as if it is colored with a subtle pearl color.

HOW TO CARE

1. Be careful of strong shocks and rapid temperature changes.
2. Wash with a soft material, and be careful not to use metallic materials (knife, etc.) (to prevent scratches and peeling of gold/silver).
3. Refrain from using a microwave for products that contain gold/silver.
4. To prevent discoloration of silverware, remove moisture with a dry cloth immediately after washing.
5. Using a dishwasher is not recommended due to product damage, gold/silver paint damage, glaze peeling, etc. if frequently exposed to dishwasher detergent, strong water pressure, and high temperature changes. Please hand wash with a soft sponge.
