Introducing the DOL series of ‘CAPTURE THE NATURALNESS’ by Ha Kyungah. Artist Ha Kyung-ah majored in ceramic design and has been working on works that reveal the rough properties of soil. She has been immersed in formative work that reveals the rough texture of soil, and in the meantime, she thought that it would be nice to make it into a bowl. And finally, the current works were born.
The work of the DOL(돌:stone) series contains the artist's intention to create a bowl that resembles a stone buried in the soil, as if it were brought from nature. The artist's work, which captures the natural and atypical nature as it is, will add to the richness of nature on our table.
The rough form was finished at the artist's fingertips, and it has depth, weight, and size suitable for use through long research and repeated work.
